How do I purchase a virtual item?
To buy a virtual item on the VoucherSales portal:

- Enter your phone number and the email address where you would like to receive the code.
- Select the denomination and confirm your selection.
- Choose a payment method.
- Complete the payment.
- The item will be delivered instantly (or shortly after purchase) to your provided email address.
How can I redeem a virtual item?
Once you receive your voucher or PIN:
- Visit the official redemption website or the in-game redemption screen for that specific service.
- Log in or enter your account details as required.
- Enter the code exactly as provided and click submit.
- The virtual currency or item will be credited to your account instantly.
Can I gift a voucher or in-game item to my friend?
Yes. If the store provides a redemption code or voucher PIN, you can share that code with a friend to redeem on their own account (unless specified otherwise). Please note that redemption is typically one-time use; whoever redeems the code first will receive the item.

- Because digital codes are delivered instantly and can be redeemed immediately, we are unable to offer refunds.

My purchase failed but my balance was deducted — what should I do?
If your payment was deducted but the item has not arrived, please follow these steps:
